1. Parties

These Terms form a binding agreement between Hireka Services Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office in India (“Company”, “we”, “us”), and the person or entity that uses https://eloanoriginators.com/ (“you”). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide a cloud-based loan-origination and API platform. Features available to you depend on your active subscription tier. Continued access is contingent on timely payment of Razorpay subscription invoices.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You confirm you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Fees, Taxes & Payment Gateway

All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. Recurring payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. Card data is tokenized by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, trade marks and content remain the property of the Company. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the SaaS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed one month of subscription fees paid immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use of the site after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
