1. Subscription Plans

You may cancel your plan at any time from the Billing Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated or partial-period refunds.

2. API Usage Top-Ups

Pre-paid API credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits are forfeited at the time of cancellation.

3. Payment Failures & Automatic Retries

If a renewal payment fails, Our Payment Gateway will attempt three retries over seven days. If all attempts fail, the subscription is paused; service resumes automatically once dues are cleared.

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to seven working days—or instantly for cards that support our Payment Gateway Instant Refunds.
